We are calling for听beyond 30%听representation of ALL women on boards and executive teams globally,听with a particular focus on C-suite roles.
We aim for women and gender diverse people to hold听at least 30% of chair and senior independent director roles, as well as executive committee roles听鈥� particularly CEO and CFO roles.
For this reason, we have听aligned with The 50-30 Challenge, an initiative between the Government of Canada, Canadian businesses, and diversity organizations.

鈥淥ur objective is to achieve a minimum of 30% women on the boards and at the executive management level of S&P/TSX composite index companies by 2022. 30% is the level at which critical mass is achieved and contributions of a minority group cease being representative of that particular group and begin to be judged on their own merit.鈥�
